Fantastic service, great lorry. Carol very accommodating. Traveled nearly 600 miles and the whole journey was a dream. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic lorry, clean, easy to drive, fuelled ready and a safe partition. Collection and drop off times were accommodated and Carol was lovely to deal with. My horse travelled brilliantly in the lorry. No problems at all. Highly recommend.

Brilliant services. Very helpful, flexible and professional!! This was my first ever time driving one of these & even travelling a horse (so as you can imagen, i was slightly nervous) but I had no need to be as it's a lovely little van to drive! Handles nicely and very easy to drive! The van was spotlessly collection. The van gets cleaned inside & out, disinfectant in the cab area after every use. I would highly recommend using this company! I will most definitely be using again!

Very reasonable price, couldn’t fault the van at all, immaculately clean and disinfected inside the horsebox.They were very flexible and accommodating with collection times too. However! A warning to anyone wishing to leave their car on the yard whilst hiring the van. Don’t! We left our car there over night Saturday until Sunday afternoon, It was a fairly empty and quiet yard with secure gates so we felt like it would be safe. But on our return we found our car had been damaged quite badly, it looked like a car had reversed it to ours, damaging the front bumper, headlight and denting the wing. Apparently the CCTV camera covering the yard either didn’t capture anything, or they were unable to access the cloud storage, or maybe there was something on there they didn’t want us to see, who knows. But either way, fairly unhelpful and turned out to be an expensive trip. After being assured nothing had entered the yard whilst our car was there. We wondered if the damage could have been done else where. But we are 100% sure the damage wasn’t on our car before we parked it in the yard. It’s so obvious it’s impossible to miss so we would have seen it before hand. Perhaps if there is nothing to show on the CCTV you would be decent enough to forward the footage to us to satisfy us that it didn’t happen on your yard?

Highly recommend hiring the horsebox! A lovely box with plenty of space in the horse area, the tack area and up in front plus very economical on fuel. Easy to get in touch with Carol and maintain communication throughout. Will definitely hire from here again if I need transport :)
